水泥搅拌桩作为城市地铁中软土地基加固的施工工法,有着成本投入小、加固效果良好、施工工法成熟的特点,在软土地基加固施工中应用广泛。随着深层软土地基加固工程质量及深度要求的提高,传统的单轴、三轴搅拌机已突出其一定的局限性,五轴搅拌机在传统三轴搅拌设备的基础上进行优化升级,在深层搅拌桩施工中突显其优越性。

As a construction method for reinforcing soft soil foundation in urban subway,cement mixing pile has the characteristics of small cost input,good reinforcement effect and mature construction method.It is widely used in soft soil foundation reinforcement construction.With the improvement of the quality and depth requirements of the deep soft soil foundation reinforcement project,the traditional single-axis and three-axis mixers have highlighted their certain limitations.The fiveaxis mixer is optimized and upgraded on the basis of the traditional three-axis mixing equipment.The superiority is highlighted in the construction.
