综采工作面刮板输送机上窜下滑原因及防控策略研究

Reasons for Up-slip and Down-slip of Scraper Conveyor in Fully Mechanized Mining Face and Study on Prevention and Control Strategies

文章主要以某矿综采工作面为例,对刮板输送机上窜下滑的原因及防控策略进行了研究,通过调斜工作面的方式来对该情况进行防控,并且对调斜距离计算公式进行了改良,期望对应对刮板输送机上窜下滑问题有所借鉴。

Taking a fully mechanized mining face of a mine as an example,this paper studied the causes and prevention and control strategies of scraper conveyor sliding upward and downward,prevented and controled the situation through the way of inclined working face,and improved the calculation formula of inclined distance,expecting to provide some reference for the problem of scraper conveyor sliding upward and downward.
