从新修订的《保险法》实施开始,大量保险公司着手将资金投到不动产领域。但是,到现在为止,保险投资依旧停留在初级时期,具体操作过程中面临着诸多问题,对投资效果产生很大的影响。文章首先阐述了保险资金投资不动产的风险,然后,提出科学合理的解决措施。

Since the implementation of the newly revised Insurance Law,a large number of insurance companies have begun to invest in real estate.However,up to now,insurance investment still stays at the primary stage.There are many problems in the concrete operation process,which have a great impact on the investment effect.This paper first expounded the risk of insurance funds investing in real estate,and then put forward scientific and reasonable solutions.
