摘要
作为编制发电计划的核心环节,安全约束机组组合(SCUC)已经得到广泛的应用。但对于传统的SCUC算法来说,由于没有考虑到故障线路停运的概率,当电力系统受到极端天气影响时,求解出的结果可能与实际情况有较大差距。通过引入极端天气下的线路停运模型以及基于线路停运概率的越限风险指标,提出一种计及极端天气影响的中短期SCUC模型。算例表明,采用该模型求解极端天气影响下的SCUC问题,具有运算规模小、求解效率高和安全性好等优点,可帮助调度员快速做出安全经济的机组运行决策。
As the core of power generation scheduling, security constrained unit commitment (SCUC) has been widely used. However, for the traditional SCUC algorithm, as the outage probability of the faulty line is not taken into account, the solution may possibly differ greatly from actual situation when the power system is affected by extreme weather. By introducing a line outage model under extreme weather as well as an out-of-limit risk index based on line outage probability, this paper proposed a medium and short-term SCUC model considering affection of extreme weather. Numerical examples showed that this model for solving SCUC problem under extreme weather had the advantages of small calculation scale, high solution efficiency and good security, and could help dispatchers make quick, safe and economic unit operation decisions.
