基于数据关联性的风电机组实时数据有效性判别

摘要 真实有效的数据是保证电网调度部门正确调控和分析的基础,大规模风电接入电网后将使调度中心采集的数据量大幅增加,风电数据质量问题突出,错误的数据容易干扰调度决策和其他相关功能的正常运行。对实时数据质量问题进行了分析,介绍了可能对数据质量产生影响的各种因素,总结了电网调度系统实时数据有效性的常规判别方法,并基于同一设备采集的多个量测数据之间的关联性提出了适用于风电机组实时数据的有效性判别方法,在实际电网中的应用证明了所提出方法的适用性。 Real effective data constitutes the basis for correct regulation and analysis of a power grid dispatching department. Access of large-scale wind power to the grid greatly increases the volume of data collected by the dispatching center. Thus, wind power data quality issues become prominent, and wrong data would likely interfere with dispatching decisions as well as normal operation of other related functions. In this paper, the real-time data quality issue was analyzed, various factors that might affect data quality were introduced, and conventional methods for discriminating the effectiveness of real-time data of the grid dispatching system were summarized. Furthermore, on the basis of correlation between a number of measured data collected by the same equipment, this paper proposed a validity discrimination method applicable to real-time data of wind turbine generators. The applicability of the proposed approach was proved in actual applications in power grids.
