吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗环状混合痔疗效观察

PPH for Treating Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids:Effect Observation

为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术(PPH)治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效,将我院收治的56例环状混合痔患者,按手术时间顺序分为研究组与对照组,各28例。研究组采用PPH治疗,对照组采用外剥内扎术治疗,观察2组临床疗效及并发症情况。结果显示,研究组总有效率为96.43%,明显高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组术后无并发症发生,对照组并发症发生率为14.29%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间为(21.58±3.14)min,优于对照组(32.77±5.67)min,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,环状混合痔采用PPH治疗效果确切,手术时间短,患者预后好,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of PPH for treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids(CMH),randomly divided 56 CMH patients of author’s hospital into research group(28 cases,treated with PPH)and control one(28 cases,external dissection &internal ligation),then observed and compared both groups’ effect and complication incidence.As results,in total effective rate,in complication incidence,and in operative time research group was respectively and significantly higher,lower and less than control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups[96.43% vs 75.00%,P <0.05;0 vs 14.29%,P <0.05;(21.58±3.14)min vs(32.77±5.67)min,P <0.05].Results show that PPH for CMH has certain effect,and the operative time is short,patient’s prognosis is good.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
