局部臭氧治疗在低位肛瘘创面愈合中的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Local Ozone Therapy for Promoting Wound-surface Healing of Low Anal Fistula

为探究局部臭氧治疗在低位肛瘘创面愈合中的效果,选择本院治疗的40例低位肛瘘患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20例。试验组局部采用臭氧治疗联合常规换药,对照组采用常规治疗。比较2组术后第6、12、18天创面炎症因子IL-1、IL-2、IL-8和生长因子FGF、EGF水平,创面愈合率,愈合时间,并进行统计学分析。结果显示,治疗后试验组炎症因子IL-1、IL-2、IL-8和生长因子FGF、EGF均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组创面愈合时间短于对照组,创面愈合率高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,经局部臭氧治疗,低位肛瘘创面炎症因子IL-1、IL-2、IL-8和生长因子FGF、EGF的表达水平高于普通治疗患者,有利于促进创面愈合。

This study was to investigate the efficacy of local ozone therapy for promoting wound-surface healing of low anal fistula,enrolled 40 cases of this fistula and randomly divided them into trial group(20 cases,treated with local ozone therapy &routine medication)and control group(20 cases,routine therapy),then compared and analyzed statistically wound-surface inflammation factor(IF),such as IL-1,IL-2,IL-8,and growth factor(GF)such as FGF,EGF levels on the 6 th,12 th and 18 th day,as well as wound-surface healing rate and time between the two groups.As results,in wound-surface healing rate and healing time trial group was respectively and significantly higher and shorter than control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(all,P <0.05);also,in above all factors’ levels trail group was significantly all higher than control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Results show that local ozone therapy makes all above factor’s levels higher than that in the patients received routine therapy,thus promoting wound-surface healing.
