消肿止痛汤对肛周脓肿合并糖尿病术后促进创面愈合的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xiaozhongzhitong Tang on Improving Postoperative Wound-surface Healing of the Patients with Perianal Abscess Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

为探讨消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴对肛周脓肿合并糖尿病术后创面恢复的临床疗效,选取80例肛周脓肿合并糖尿病术后患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴,治疗组采用自拟消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴。观察2组创面疼痛程度、分泌物情况、愈合时间和临床疗效。结果显示,治疗组在创面疼痛程度、分泌物情况、愈合时间方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为97.5%高于对照组87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴可促进肛周脓肿合并糖尿病术后创面恢复,减少创面疼痛和分泌物,临床疗效确切,值得推广运用。

This study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhongzhitong Tang(a TCM formula,shortened to Tang)of fuming-wash sitz bath on postoperative wound-surface recovery of the patients with perianal abscess(PA)and diabetes mellitus(DM),enrolled 80 patients of this diseases in author’s hospital and randomly divided them into control group(40 cases,used PP solution for fuming-wash sitz bath)and treatment group(40 cases,used self-developed Tang do so),then comparatively observed wound-surface pain degree and secretion condition,healing time,as well as clinical effect between the two groups.As results,in total effective rate the latter was significantly higher than the former,there was statistical difference between the two groups(97.5% vs 87.5%,P <0.05);and in other above indexes the latter was all superior to the former,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Results show that for the patients with PA and DM the Tang can promote their wound-surface healing,reduce pain and secretion from wound-surface,and,its effect is certain.It is worthy of popularization and application.
