复方当归饮子洗剂坐浴治疗肛门瘙痒症临床研究

Clinical Study on Fufangdangguiyinzi Lotion Sitz Bath for Treating Perianal Pruritus

为探讨复方当归饮子洗剂坐浴治疗肛周瘙痒症的临床效果,将60例肛门瘙痒症患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组应用复方当归饮子洗剂坐浴治疗,对照组采用炉甘石洗剂局部涂敷,观察2组治疗10d后临床疗效及症状积分变化。结果显示,治疗组总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组(93.3%),2组在肛门瘙痒程度、瘙痒持续时间、瘙痒间隔时间方面比较无明显差异(P>0.05),在肛周皮肤变化上治疗组积分较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后积分差明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,复方当归饮子洗剂坐浴治疗肛门瘙痒症,临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

In order to investigate the clinical effect of Fufangdangguiyinzi lotion sitz bath in the treatment of perianal pruritus(PP),60 patients with PP were randomly divided into treatment group(n =30,treated with Fufangdangguiyinzi lotion sitz bath)and control group(n=30,treated with calamine lotion coating locally),then clinical curative effect and symptom score of the two groups were observed after 10 days of treatment.As results,in the total effective rate treatment group was significantly higher than control group(100% vs 93.3%),there was no significant difference in PP degree,the lasting time of pruritus and the interval time between pruritus between the two groups(P >0.05).The score of perianal skin change in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The score difference before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The results show that the clinical effect of Fufangdangguiyinzi lotion sitz bath in the treatment of PP is accurate and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
