民用轻小型无人机监管与遥感组网观测技术 被引量:2

摘要 我国轻小型无人机在测绘、资源监测与灾害应急等领域作用显著,而我国现有空管对此类飞行目标“看不到”、“管不了”。本文提出了基于北斗/移动通讯技术的无人机飞行监管技术、方法与标准,研制了小型化、轻量级、高频次无人机飞行监管终端,开发了无人机监管网络综合运行管理平台,建立了无人机飞行监管与组网观测链路体系,示范验证了多架、异地、同步在线无人机监管可靠性,为我国无人机监管与对地组网观测能力建设奠定基础。 Light small unmanned aircraft system in low altitude remote sensing in China surveying and mapping, resource monitoring and disaster emergency function is increasingly significant, but our country existing atc method for light small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) flight target “see”,“pipe”, was proposed in this paper, based on beidou/short message system for mobile communication technology of unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) flight regulation technology, method and standard, developed the miniaturization, lightweight, high frequency regulation of unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) flight airborne terminal, developed a platform of unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) flight supervision comprehensive operation management, established the unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) flight safety regulation and full link network observation, through the application demonstration, It has verified the effect of multiple drones, coordination, remote and synchronous online over-the-horizon communication and supervision.The research results are of positive significance for the improvement of China’s UAV flight safety management and the ability of ground network observation.
