积雪草主要化学成分及治疗消化系统疾病的研究进展

Advances in Chemical Constituents and Treatment of Digestive Diseases of Centella asiatica L.

积雪草为伞形科积雪草属植物积雪草(Centella asiatica L. Urban)的干燥全草,主要含三萜类、挥发油类、多炔烯类、黄酮类、甾醇类等多种成分,具有抗癌、抑制瘢痕增生、抗溃疡及抗菌、消炎等生物活性。随着对积雪草化学成分及药理作用研究的不断深入,积雪草在消化系统疾病方面的作用引起了国内外越来越多学者的关注。本文就积雪草的主要化学成分及其治疗消化系统疾病作用的研究进展作简要阐述,为该药的后续研究提供参考。

Centella asiatica L. is a dried whole herb of Centella asiatica L. in Umbelliferae,which mainly contains triterpenoids,volatile oils,polyacetylenes,flavonoids,sterols and other components. It has anti-cancer,anti-scarring hyperplasia,anti-ulcer,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and other biological activities. With the deepening of the research on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Centella asiatica,the role of Centella asiatica in digestive system diseases has attracted more and more attention from scholars at home and abroad. The research progress of Centella asiatica L. was briefly described from the aspects of chemical constituents and it,s therapeutic effects on digestive system diseases,to provide a reference for the further development and utilization of the drug.
