摘要
为了研究温室运载平台的侧翻稳定性,该文结合侧翻领域不同的研究方法,提出了针对温室运载平台的研究新思路,为温室运载平台的设计提供一定的理论支持。根据辅助轮数量和是否有工作人员作业等情况,对斜坡工况继续进行细分,构建温室运载平台的分析模型,并通过Matlab分析,得到不同工况下的临界侧翻条件。结果表明,在斜坡作业工况下,当工作人员作业方向与斜坡方向相同时,温室运载平台最容易有侧翻的危险。
In order to study the rollover stability of greenhouse carrier platform,this paper proposes a new research method based on different research methods in the rollover field,which provides some theoretical support for the design of greenhouse carrier platform.According to the number of training wheels and whether there are any staff working,the slope working conditions are further subdivided,and the analysis model of greenhouse carrying platform is constructed.Through Matlab analysis,the critical rollover conditions under different working conditions are obtained.The results show that under the slope working condition,when the working direction of the staff is the same as the slope direction,the greenhouse carrying platform is most prone to rollover.
