互联网环境下高校党建工作的开展探究

On the Development of College Party Construction under the Internet Environment

高校党组织是广大师生的思想领路人,也是贯彻落实党的方针政策的重要保障。在互联网环境下,分析高校党建工作存在的党建宣传面较小、发展党员程序繁琐、缺乏流动管理、与师生关系疏离、入党动机不纯、党建工作队伍不完善等问题,结合互联网技术对高校党建工作的重要作用,提出增强宣传力度、简化党员发展程序、加强流动党员管理、树立亲民工作形象、建立电子档案系统、注重虚拟与现实融合、重视风险防范、开展掌上课堂等优化工作的措施。

Party organization is the ideological leader for the majority of teachers and students, and it is also an important guarantee for implementing the party’s principles and policies. This paper analyzes the problems existing in college party construction in the Internet environment, like smaller publicity in party construction, the complicated process in developing party members, inefficient mobile management, alienation from teachers and students, impure motives for party membership, imperfect workforce in party construction, etc. Therefore, the following measures are put forward in consideration to the important role of internet technology in the work of party construction: enhancing publicity, simplifying party members’ development procedures, strengthening the management of mobile party members, establishing the image of being close to the people, establishing an electronic file system, stressing the integration of virtual and reality, attaching importance to risk prevention, and carrying out the pocket class.
