我国银行业上市公司内在价值分析

An Analysis of the Intrinsic Value of Banking Listed Companies in Our Country

随着我国经济蓬勃发展,证券市场也随之日新月异,证券投资在人们的投资理财选择中占据重要地位。投资者在做出选择时,首先,需考虑公司的内在价值与其股票价格的关系;其次,需研究银行业上市公司内在价值与股票价格实时变化情况,采用主成分分析法、因子分析法建立可用于分析公司内在价值的多元线性回归模型,并以平安银行为例测度其内在价值。结果显示平安银行的内在价值约为4.06元,要略高于它在2017年年末的股票收市价格,具有一定投资价值。

With the rapid development of economy in our country, the securities market is also changing with each passing day. Securities investment plays an important role in people’s choice of investment and financial management. When making a choice, the investor should first consider the relationship between the intrinsic value of the company and its stock price, should study the real-time changes for the intrinsic value and stock price of listed companies in the banking industry, adopt the methods of principal component analysis and factor analysis to establish the multivariate linear regression model for analyzing the intrinsic value of a company, and measure its intrinsic value by taking Ping An Bank as an example. The results show that the intrinsic value of Ping An Bank is about 4.06 yuan which is slightly higher than its stock closing price at the end of 2017, and thus has certain investment value.
