摘要 增材制造是新技术。卓越型人才计划的目标是培养复合型、创新的高技能人材。充分发挥企业重要办学主体作用,通过"引企入校、引校入企",拓展校企合作育人的途径与方式,逐步建立起政府引导、行业参与、社会支持,企业和职业院校双主体育人的3D打印(增材制造)方向卓越人才教育培养机制。 Additive manufacturing is a new technology. The goal of the Excellence Talents Program is to develop complex, innovative and highly skilled people. In order to give full play to the important role of enterprises in running schools, the following measures are suggested: expanding the ways and means of school-enterprise cooperation in cultivation through "introducing enterprises into schools and introducing schools into enterprises", and gradually establishing the education and training mechanism for excellent 3D printing talents(additive manufacturing) with government guidance, industry participation, social support, and double-subject cultivation by enterprises and vocational colleges.
