摘要
在机组进行性能试验时,发现高压加热器退出运行后,对脱硝装置入口烟气温度的影响颇大。根据机组性能试验得到的数据,分析了机组负荷、给水温度、烟气旁路等参数的变化与影响程度。分析结果表明,高加退出后,会引起脱硝装置入口烟气温度的变化,甚至可能使机组的排放指标超标而停机。为此,提出了在役机组的改进措施,并可为发电机组的运行管理和优化新建机组的设计方案,提供参考。
When the unit performance test was carried out,it was found that the exit of the high-pressure heater had a great influence on the inlet flue gas temperature of the SCR unit. According to the data obtained from the unit performance test,the variation and influence degree of the unit load,feed water temperature,flue gas bypass and other parameters are analyzed.The analysis results show that after high pressure withdrawal,the flue gas temperature at the entrance of SCR unit will change,and even the emission index of unit may exceed the standard and shut down.Therefore,the improvement measures of the units in service are put forward,which can provide reference for the operation management of the units and the optimization of the design scheme of the newly built units.
