摘要
以转型期内的电站制造企业为研究对象,在已有学者研究成果的基础上,通过文献研究和实证研究,发现在员工招聘、绩效管理、劳动争议及人才保留等处置上均存在某些风险,并提出了相应的风险防范措施。通过分析,从人力资源管理的角度出发,为电站制造企业实现快速转型,并在风险管理与防范的层面上,提供了解决问题的思路。
This study takes the power plant manufacturing enterprises as the research object.Based on the researching reports of existing scholars,through literature research and empirical research measures, there are some risks in employee recruitment,performance management,labor disputes and talent retention. Then putting forward some measures aboutpreventing corresponding risks.From the perspective of human resource,providing solution for power plant manufacturing enterprises in transformation.
