摘要
在彝族的发展历史中,他称和自称皆不断变化,但是"夷"的称谓却总是伴随,许多民国时期到凉山地区去考察过的民族学家,在当时撰写民族调查报告时,也用"夷"这一称谓。中华人民共和国建立后,特别是进行民族识别后,用"彝"字替代"夷"字。而在之后有关该地区民族的著作之中开始渐渐采用"彝"字,这也导致后期在对民国时期有关彝族的民族志再版过程中,出现"彝""夷"互用的问题。
In the history of the Yi nationality, the appellation and self-proclaimed were constantly changing, but the appellation of "Yi(夷)" was always accompanied by, many ethnographers who went to Liangshan area to conduct a survey during the Republic of China(1912-1949) also used the appellation of "Yi(夷)" when writing the research report at that time. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially after the identification of the nation, the word "Yi(夷)" was replaced by the word "Yi(彝)". Later,"Yi(彝)" was gradually adopted in the works related to the nationalities in this region, which also led to the problem of the mutual use of "Yi(彝)" and "Yi(夷)" in the republication of the ethnography of the Yi nationality.
