疏血通注射液联合常规药物治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死有效性及安全性的Meta分析

Effectiveness and safety of Shuxuetong injection combine with routine therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with diabetes mellitus: A meta-analysis

目的通过Meta分析方法,评价疏血通注射液与常规西药联合使用治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的有效性和安全性。方法由两名研究者通过计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普期刊、PubMed、Central Database等数据库,收集至今所有涉及疏血通注射液治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死方面的临床试验,并翻阅可能收载的纸质期刊,根据拟定的纳入和排除标准对收集文献进行筛选,同时提取相关数据,对文献质量进行评价。收集数据经核对后导入Rev Man 5.3软件进行汇总分析。结果本次研究共筛选出8篇发表的RCT研究,共纳入患者数量700例,通过Meta分析显示,疏血通注射液联合常规西药在治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死方面的有效性[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.17,1.34),P<0.05]显著优于单纯应用常规西药治疗,其他疗效如神经功能评分,血液流变学,凝血因子等方面与单纯应用常规西药比较亦有明显改善。与单纯应用常规西药相比不良反应发生情况相似。结论现有文献证据显示,疏血通注射液联合常规药物可提高糖尿病合并脑梗死患者治疗的有效率,患者耐受性良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety for Shuxuetong injection combine with routine drug in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with diabetes mellitus through a Meta analysis.Methods Several databases were searched by two researchers independently. CNKI,Wanfang Datebase,VIP,Pubmed,Central Database,et al,were all included search items. The randomized controlled trials( RCTs) in particular for Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction were recorded. The included literatures were screened in accordance with the planed criteria. The key data and the methodological quality for the included literatures were extracted and assessed.RevMan 5.3 software was used for the pool analysis of the extracted data. Results Seven hundred patients in 8 RCTs were included in the study.After the meta-analysis,obviously superior was appeared in the group of Shuxuetong injection combine with routine drug in the efficacy( RR = 1.25,95%CI 1.17 to 1.34,P<0.05) compared with the sole use of routine drug.The nerve function,the condition of hemorheology and blood coagulation function were also improved in group of Shuxuetong injection combine with routine drug. The adverse effects were similar in the two groups.Conclusions The existing literatures support that Shuxuetong injection combine with the routine therapy is effectiveness for diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction. Shuxuetong injection is also well tolerated by patients. The clinical use of Shuxuetong injection for diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction is worth popularizing.
