糖尿病合并慢性肾病患者采用前列地尔治疗效果和安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of alprostadil in diabetic patients with chronic kidney disease

目的研究分析糖尿病合并慢性肾病患者采用前列地尔治疗临床效果与安全性。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月本院收治的糖尿病合并慢性肾病患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组两组,每组各30例。对照组给予综合治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予前列地尔治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及血糖水平以及尿蛋白、血肌酐水平。结果治疗后对照组总有效率低于研究组,两组之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血糖水平均比治疗前低,研究组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者24 h尿蛋白以及血肌酐水平明显降低,且研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔治疗糖尿病合并慢性肾病患者,临床效果显著,可更好的控制血糖,改善肾脏功能,无明显不良反应,安全性高,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and safety of alprostadil in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with chronic kidney disease. Methods 60 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January to October 2018 were divided into control group and research group. The control group was given comprehensive treatment,while the research group was given alprostadil on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,blood sugar level,urinary protein and serum creatinine levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the blood sugar level of the two groups was lower than that before the treatment,and the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the urinary protein and serum creatinine levels of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the study group was better,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusions Alprostadil is effective in the treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with chronic kidney disease.It could better control blood sugar and improve renal function. It has no adverse reactions and with high safety.It is worthy of widely application.
