提高手术室护理安全的临床应用效果

Clinical application effect of improving nursing safety in operation room

目的分析手术室细节护理对提高手术室护理安全的临床应用效果。方法选择天津市蓟州区人民医院2017年4月-2018年4月期间接收手术治疗的患者110例作为研究对象开展对比研究。将先选取的55例患者为对照组,采用手术室常规护理;将后选取的55例患者为观察组,采用手术室细节护理。观察两组患者的手术室护理安全评分和护理满意度评分。结果观察组手术患者的护理安全评分和护理满意度评分分别为(93.75±8.16)分和(94.34±8.63)分,均高于对照组手术患者的(81.04±7.12)分和(80.84±7.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中采用细节护理可以有效改善手术室护理质量,保障手术室护理安全,提高患者对于手术室护理工作的满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of operating room detailed nursing on improving the safety of nursing in operating room.Methods 110 patients received surgical treatment in Jizhou District People’s Hospital of Tianjin from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects for comparative studies.The earlier 55 patients were selected as the control group and received the operating room routine nursing.The latter 55 patients were selected as the observation group and given the operating room detailed nursing.The nursing safety score and nursing satisfaction score were observed in the two groups.Results The nursing safety score and nursing satisfaction score of the patients in the observation group were(93.75±8.16)and(94.34±8.63),respectively,which were higher than those of the patients in the control group with(81.04±7.12)and(80.84±7.87),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Detailed nursing in operating room nursing can effectively improve the quality of operating room nursing,ensure the safety of operating room nursing,and improve patients’ satisfaction with the work of operating room nursing.
