异位妊娠患者的临床症状监测及护理研究进展

Research progress of clinical symptom monitoring and nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy

异位妊娠是指受精卵着床在子宫体腔外。按照着床部位的不同,异位妊娠可以分为宫颈妊娠、阔韧带妊娠、腹腔妊娠、卵巢妊娠以及输卵管妊娠。作为一种发病率较高的疾病,异位妊娠对妇女的生命安全和身心健康都造成了很大影响。与此同时,人工流产技术的广泛应用,也大大增加了各种妇科疾病的发病率,加上生活压力增大,也使异位妊娠的发病率逐年增长。临床中对异位妊娠的研究不断深入,使其早期诊断水平也明显提高,患者可以得到合理、及时的治疗,明显提高了其生育保留能力和存活率。本文首先分析了异位妊娠的病因,其次就其临床症状检测方法进阐述,最后分析了异位妊娠的护理措施,希望具有一定参考价值。

Ectopic pregnancy refers to fertilized egg implantation outside the uterine cavity.According to the location of implantation,ectopic pregnancy can be divided into cervical pregnancy, broad ligament pregnancy, ab dominal pregnancy,ovarian pregnancy and tubal pregnancy.As a common disease with high incidence, ectopic pregnancy has a great impact on the life safety and physical and mental health of women.At the same time,the wide application of induced abortion technology has greatly increased the incidence of various gynecological diseases,as well as the increasing pressure of life, which has also increased the incidence of ectopic pregnancy year by year.The research on ectopic pregnancy in clinic has been deepening,and the level of early diagnosis has been significantly improved.Patients can get reasonable and timely treatment, which significantly improves their fertility retention and survival rate.This paper first analyzed the causes of ectopic pregnancy, then elaborated the detection methods of clinical symptoms, and finally analyzed the nursing measures of ectopic pregnancy, hoping to have some reference value.
