妇产科疾病治疗中高强度聚焦超声的应用新进展

Advances in the application of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of gynecological and obstetric diseases

现在妇科疾病愈发普遍化,也出现了多种多样的治疗手段。本文就子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症及子宫腺肌瘤、慢性宫颈炎、外阴上皮内非瘤样病变和妇产科其他疾病中高强度聚焦超声的应用新进展进行综述,包括这一技术的原理、发展,以及治疗的临床效果。高强度聚焦超声是一种非介入的无创治疗方法,该技术在临床应用中相比以往的传统治疗手段具有创伤小、恢复快、安全性有效性高等优点,尤其是对于有生育要求的女性来说,不会对生育功能造成损伤,其他的器官机能也不会造成损害。目前,该技术的临床效果得到了医学界的肯定和患者的满意。

Gynecological diseases are becoming more and more common nowadays.A variety of treatments have also emerged to deal with such diseases.This article reviewed the recent progress in the application of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in uterine leiomyoma,endometriosis,adenomyoma,chronic cervicitis,vulvar intraepithelial non-neoplastic lesions and other gynecological and obstetric diseases.Including the principle, development and clinical effect of this technology.HIFU is a non-invasive noninterventional therapy.Compared with the traditional treatment, this technique has the advantages of less trauma,faster recovery,higher safety and effectiveness in clinical application.Especially for women with fertility requirements, it will not damage the reproductive function,and other organ functions will not cause damage.At present, the clinical effect of this technique has been affirmed by medical circles and satisfied by patients.
