急诊护理质量敏感性指标的研究进展

Study progress on sensitive indicators of emergency nursing quality

急诊护理是急诊医学中的重要组成部分,对于危重患者的抢救具有非常重要的作用。急诊护理紧密围绕患者展开,贯穿急诊诊疗的全过程。科学合理的护理质量评价有助于保障急诊护理工作的顺利开展,不断提高急诊护理质量。但是由于急诊护理质量评价起步相对较晚,在实际工作开展尚未形成系统完善的急诊护理质量评价体系。近些年国内很多专家学者开展了大量的研究工作,并取得了较好的效果。基于此,本文对近些年关于急诊护理质量敏感性指标的研究进展进行综述,以期更好地推动急诊护理工作的开展,提高急诊护理质量和患者对急诊护理工作的满意度。

Emergency nursing is an important part of emergency medicine, which plays a very important role in the rescue of critical patients.Emergency nursing is closely carried out around patients,and throughout the whole process of emergency diagnosis and treatment.Scientific and reasonable nursing quality evaluation is helpful to ensure the smooth development of emergency nursing work and improve the quality of emergency nursing.However, because of the relatively late start of emergency nursing quality evaluation,there has not been a systematic and perfect emergency nursing quality evaluation system in the actual work.In recent years, many experts and scholars have carried out a lot of research work and achieved good results.Based on this,this article reviews the research progress of sensitivity index of emergency nursing quality in recent years,in order to promote the development of emergency nursing work,improve the quality of emergency nursing and patients’ satisfaction with emergency nursing work.
