摘要
胃癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁人类的生命健康,降低胃癌的发病率和病死率是亟待解决的重大公共健康问题。手术仍是目前没有禁忌证的胃癌患者的首选治疗措施。胃癌患者在术后常由于胃纳差、进食少以及机体消耗代谢旺盛等,引起负氮平衡和营养状况的恶化,导致术后并发症增加,同时会极大地影响术后的生存率和生存质量,故而在术后进行早期营养支持对胃癌患者的术后恢复尤为重要。本文系统回顾了近几年护理干预在胃癌术后早期肠内营养中的应用,包括胃癌术后早期肠内营养的给药时机、制剂及方案选择、营养干预的效果评估以及护理干预。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive system, and it is a serious threat to human life and health.Reducing the incidence and mortality of gastric cancer in China is a major public health problem that needs to be solved urgently.At present, for gastric cancer,surgery is still the preferred treatment for patients without contraindications.Postoperative gastric cancer patients often suffer from the deterioration of negative nitrogen balance and nutritional status due to poor stomach intake,low food intake and excessive consumption of body metabolism,which resulting in increased postoperative complications and a significant impact on postoperative survival and life quality.So,early nutritional support after surgery is especially important for postoperative recovery in gastric cancer patients.This article systematically reviews the application of nursing intervention in early enteral nutrition after gastric cancer surgery in recent years,which includes the timing of early enteral nutrition administration,preparation and regimen selection,nutritional intervention evaluation and nursing intervention.
