母婴同室新生儿床旁护理管理的问题与措施

Problems and measures of bedside nursing management for newborns in the mother-infant room

目的分析母婴同室新生儿床旁护理管理的问题以及相应的处理措施。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月在天津市泰达医院分娩的120例母婴同室产妇以及新生儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组和观察组母婴分别采用常规的床旁护理以及优化后的床旁护理管理。观察两组产妇护理前后的HAMA评分、HAMD评分、新生儿护理能力评分以及对护理工作的满意度。结果护理前两组产妇的HAMA评分、HAMD评分以及新生儿护理能力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组产妇的HAMA评分、HAMD评分以及新生儿护理能力评分分别为(10.17±2.78)、(11.90±3.24)和(88.54±9.58),均优于对照组产妇的(17.92±4.41)、(18.69±4.39)和(67.68±7.41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的护理满意度为95.00%(5 7/60),优于对照组产妇的81.67%(49/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用优化的母婴同室床旁护理管理可以有效改善产妇的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高产妇对新生儿的护理能力以及对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To analyze the problems of bedside nursing management for newborns in the motherinfant room and the corresponding treatment measures.Methods 120 parturients and newborns in the mother-infant room delivered in Tianjin Teda Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group and the observation group adopted routine bedside care and optimized bedside nursing management respectively.The HAMA score, HAMD score, neonatal nursing ability score and satisfaction with nursing work of the two groups before and after nursing were observed.Results There were no significant differences in HAMA score,HAMD score and neonatal nursing ability score between two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing the HAMA score,HAMD score and neonatal nursing ability score of the observation group were(10.17+2.78),(11.90+3.24)and(88.54+9.58),respectively,which were better than those of the control group with(17.92±441),(18.69±4.39)and(67.68±7.41),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.00%(57/60), which was better than 81.67%(49/60)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized bedside nursing management of mother and infant can effectively improve the bad mood of maternal anxiety and depression,and improve maternal nursing ability for newborns and satisfaction with nursing work.
