心理护理对乳腺癌根治术患者的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of psychological nursing on patients with radical mastectomy

目的分析乳腺癌根治术患者应用心理护理干预后,对术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年10月-2018年6月广东省农垦中心医院收治的行乳腺癌根治术患者70例展开研究,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例,给予对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上增加心理护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术后疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预应用于乳腺癌根治术患者中,护理效果明显,不仅能缓解疼痛感,还可提高术后患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients undergoing radical mastectomy.Methods 70 patients with radical mastectomy admitted to Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Center Hospital from October 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention applied in patients undergoing radical mastectomy has obvious nursing effect.It can not only relieve pain,but also improve the quality of life of patients after operation.It is worthy of clinical application.
