积极心理学在精神分裂症患者康复护理中的应用

Application of positive psychology in rehabilitation nursing of patients with schizophrenia

目的分析积极心理学理论在精神分裂症患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取天津安定医院2017年1-12月收治的88例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用抽签方式将其分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组和观察组患者分别采用常规基础护理和积极心理学指导的康复护理,观察两组患者护理前后的BPRS评分、SDSS评分以及ADL评分。结果两组患者护理前的BPRS评分、SDSS评分以及ADL评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后的BPRS评分、SDSS评分以及ADL评分分别为(12.36±3.08)、(1.22±0.29)分和(12.3 8±2.20)分,明显优于对照组的(17.78±3.20)、(2.32±0.44)分和(14.43±2.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用积极心理学指导的康复护理可以明显改善精神分裂症患者的病情,提高患者的社会功能和日常生活能力。

Objective To analyze the application effect of positive psychology theory in rehabilitation nursing of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 88 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Tianjin Anding Hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and ob servation group with 44 patients in each group by lottery.The patients in the control group and the observation group were given routine basic nursing and rehabilitation nursing guided by positive psychology respectively.BPRS score,SDSS score and ADL score before and after nursing were observed in the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in BPRS score, SDSS score and ADL score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing the BPRS score,SDSS score and ADL score of the observation group were(12.36±3.08),(1.22±0.29)and(12,38±2.20),which were significantly better than those of the control group with(17.78±3.20),(2.32±0.44)and(14.43±2.34),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing guided by positive psychology can effectively alleviate the condition of patients with schizophrenia and improve their social function and daily living ability.
