膀胱癌(BC)的发病率和复发率一直高居泌尿系统肿瘤的前列,目前医学上对膀胱癌的诊断、治疗和预后仍具有较大的局限性。膀胱癌的病因复杂,在其发生发展中与多个基因有关。AURKB已被证实与膀胱癌有关,本文主要就AURKB在膀胱癌的诊断、治疗和预后方面的作用作一综述。

The incidence and recurrence rate of bladder cancer(BC)are always high in the forefront of urinary system tumors.The etiology of bladder cancer is complex and is related to multiple genes.AURKB has been proved to be related to bladder cancer.This article reviews the role of AURKB in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of bladder cancer.
