摘要
目的调查内科专硕研究生住培教学过程中的潜在不足,初步探索跨专科LBL结合CBL的干预效果。方法随机选择2015级专硕研究生住院医师规范化学员(专硕学员)30名,对比调查住培教学开始及中期的学习状态及专业技能变化。针对发现的涉及多专科能力提升的问题,另随机选择的30名2016级专硕研究生,采用LBL系统提高跨专科理论水平,结合内科大查房的CBL将跨专科系统理论转化为临床实践能力。比较两届专硕学员组内前后及组间的观察指标变化。结果专硕研究生的学习积极性及主要业务能力经住培教学明显提升,但需重视其跨专科临床能力培养,针对性LBL结合CBL能有效提升专硕学员的各项观察指标。结论跨专科知识的LBL结合CBL有益于提升专硕研究生的学习积极性和专业技能水平。
Objective To investigate the potential deficiency during resident standardized training( RST) teaching of the internal medical professional graduates( MGP),and to preliminarily explore the intervention effect of interdisciplinary Lecture-based learning( LBL) combined with Case-based learning( CBL).Methods 30 RST trainee of MGP from grade 2015 in internal medicine were randomly selected as study subjects,and their learning status and professional ability at the start and mid-term of their RST process were compared. According to the problems that via interdisciplinary ability improvement,the LBL system was applied to improve the theoretical level of the 30 MGP selected from grade 2016,combined with CBL of internal medicine,the theory of cross-specialty system is transformed into clinical practice ability. The changes of all the observed indicators were comparatively measured within each of the grade,and between MGP of grade 2015 and grade2016.Results After the training teaching,the learning enthusiasm and main professional ability of the MGP had been improved obviously,but the training of their interdisciplinary ability should be emphasized further. The combination of LBL and CBL to raise the interdisciplinary ability could also effectively improve all the observed indicators in this investigation. Conclusions The interdisciplinary LBL combined with CBL is beneficial to enhance the learning enthusiasm and professional ability of MGP.
