叙事护理于首诊白血病患者心理弹性状况的应用

The application effect of narrative nursing on psychological resilience of first-visit patients with leukemia

目的探讨叙事护理于首诊白血病患者心理弹性状况的应用效果。方法选取2018年5-12月本院首诊白血病患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组两组,每组各30例。对照组接受常规护理和一般心理护理,干预组接受叙事护理干预,观察两组患者心理弹性状况及满意度变化情况。结果干预组患者的心理弹性得分由干预前的(43.32±3.46)分上升至干预后的(74.65±4.17)分,干预组患者的心理弹性评分明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理能够有效提高首诊白血病患者的心理弹性水平使之积极配合治疗,患者满意度高,有一定的推广意义。

Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on the psychological resilience of firstvisit patients with leukemia.Methods 60 patients with leukemia who were first diagnosed in our department from May 2018 to December 2018 were divided into control group( n = 30) and intervention group( n = 30). The control group received routine nursing and general psychological nursing,while the intervention group received narrative nursing intervention. The changes of psychological resilience and satisfaction were observed. Results The score of psychological resilience in the intervention group increased from( 43.32±3.46) before intervention to( 74.65±4.17) after intervention. The score of psychological resilience in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P< 0.05). The satisfaction of nursing in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusions Narrative nursing could effectively improve the resilience psychological level of first-visit patients with leukemia and make them cooperate with treatment actively. The satisfaction of patients is high,which has certain promotion significance.
