康复干预措施对ICU机械通气患者胃肠功能改善的研究

Study on the improvement effect of rehabilitative interventions on the gastrointestinal functions of the patients with ICU mechanical ventilation

目的研究康复干预措施对于重症监护室(ICU)机械通气患者胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2016年7月-2018年7月本院收治的102例接受ICU机械通气治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各51例。两组ICU住院期间均行常规护理干预,在此基础上实验组进行运动和按摩干预。比较两组患者胃肠功能情况以及生理和慢性健康状况评分。结果实验组患者胃肠临床症状和对照组相比显著减少,AGI评分也显著降低,而且生理和慢性健康状况评分也显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动和按摩作为ICU康复干预措施有助于机械通气患者胃肠功能改善。

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitative interventions on the gastrointestinal functions of the patients with ICU mechanical ventilation. Methods Totally 102 patients admitted to our hospital during June,2016 and June,2018 and received the ICU mechanical ventilation were included in the study. They were randomly divided into the experiment group and control group,each group contained 51 cases. The routine nursing intervention was performed in the two groups during ICU in hospital. The patients in experiment group was given exercise and Chinese massage. The gastrointestinal function and chronic health status score of the two groups were compared 14 days after rehabilitative intervention. Results Clinical symptoms of gastrointestinal tract and AGI grade in experiment group was significantly decreased compared to the control group( P< 0.05). Conclusions The early exercise and Chinese massage as the rehabilitation intervention could contribute to improvement of gastrointestinal function of the patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU.
