集束化护理在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the effect of clustering nursing on postoperative patients with breast cancer

目的研究集束化护理对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2018年2月-2019年2月在本院乳腺外科接受乳腺癌改良根治术的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各40例。对照组采用一般常规护理及康复指导干预,研究组采用集束化护理联合康复训练干预。对比两组患者皮下积液、切口感染、上肢淋巴水肿及肩关节活动受限等并发症发生情况,通过问卷调查对比两组患者的护理满意度情况。结果研究组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,研究组患者家属的护理满意度明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理联合康复训练的应用可以降低乳腺癌患者术后并发症发生率,增加患者的护理满意度,提升患者的就医体验,改善患者预后,促进患者的快速康复。

Objective To study the effect of clustering nursing on the rehabilitation of patients received modified radical mastectomy. Methods Eighty patients with modified breast cancer undergoing radical mastectomy in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group. Patients in control group received general routine nursing and rehabilitation guidance,and patients in the study group received clustering nursing and rehabilitation guidance.The complications such as subcutaneous effusion,infection,upper limb lymphedema and shoulder joint activity limitation were compared between the two groups. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared by questionnaire.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the family members in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P< 0.05). Conclusions The application of clustering nursing combined with rehabilitation training could reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of breast cancer patients,increase the satisfaction of patients,improve the medical experience of patients,improve the prognosis of patients,and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
