基于文件梳理的国际文化遗产保护流变分析

Analysis of International Cultural Heritage Protection Rheology Based on Conservation Documents

文章以时间为线索,对国际文化遗产保护文件涉及的遗产类型、认定的时间标准、价值认知、保护理念、保护原则、保护方法等内容进行了梳理,归纳分析了国际文化遗产保护流变历程。可分析得出,文化遗产类型越来越多样化,时间跨度在遗产认定中的影响逐步降低,以价值为核心强调真实性与完整性的保护,逐步转为以"活化-共享-增值"为主要特征的保护路径。

Taking time as a clue, this paper sorts out the types of heritage, the time standard of identification, the value recognition, the protection concept, the protection principles and the protection methods involved in the international documents on cultural heritage protection, and sums up the evolution process of international cultural heritage protection. It can be concluded that the types of cultural heritage are becoming more and more diversified, the influence of time span in heritage identification is gradually reduced, the protection of authenticity and integrity with value as the core is emphasized, and the protection path with "activation-sharing-value-added" as the main feature is gradually changed.
