日本“社区老年服务设施”的情感化设计——以“多摩平之森社区老年之家”为例

Emotional Design of “Community Elderly Service Facilities” in Japan——A Case of Yuimarl Tamadaira No Mori

社区型养老服务设施的发展与设计关系着我国养老事业的成败。通过实地调研,分析我国社区养老服务设施当前存在的问题,借鉴日本养老服务设施的成功案例,总结我国社区养老服务设施的设计要点。社区养老服务设施应更加注重情感关照、广泛参与和可持续的空间设计,使老人与不同年龄阶段的群体广泛接触,提升他们的生活质量。

The development and design of the elderly care facilities in community are related to the success of the pension industry in China. This paper attempts to find out the problems and concludes design key points of community pension service facilities in China through field investigation, and refers to successful cases of Japan’s pension service facilities. More attention should be paid to emotional care, extensive participation and sustainable space design in the community elderly care facilities design process so as to bring much more extensive contacts to elderly people with different age groups and improve their quality of life.
