摘要 本文对特、异型自由曲面金属板幕墙工程的概念进行了界定,对该类工程的现状和未来的发展趋势做了基本介绍和展望,对特、异型自由曲面金属板幕墙工程从策划、设计、加工和施工等全过程中所涉及的关键技术进行了初步总结和论述。其中,涉及BIM参数化设计技术、复杂曲面表皮有理化研究、几何不可展曲面钣金加工技术、龙骨系统、多维可调的连接组件、测量施工等装饰工程领域较为先进的技术。同时,本文介绍了珠海十字门中央商务区绸带一标段幕墙工程运作的全过程,通过总结该项目实施中所解决的一些实际问题来论证:特、异型自由曲面金属板幕墙工程相关技术具有的关联性和系统性,可为未来复杂曲面板装饰工程的设计和施工提供参考。 In this paper, the concept of special and irregular free-form sheet metal curtain wall engineering is defined, and the development trend of this kind of engineering is introduced and forecast. This paper summarizes and discusses the key technologies involved in special and irregular free-form metal curtain wall engineering from the whole process of planning, designing, machining and construction. Among them, it involves more advanced technologies in the field of decorative engineering such as BIM parametric design technology, physical and chemical research on complex surface epidermis, geometric expandable surface sheet metal processing technology,keel system, multidimensional adjustable connection components, and measurement construction. At the same time, this paper introduces the whole process of the operation of a standard curtain wall project in the central business district of Zhuhai cross, and demonstrates through summarizing some practical problems solved in the implementation of the project the correlation and systematization of the related technologies of special and irregular free-curved metal curtain wall engineering. It can be used as a reference for the design and construction of complex curved panel decoration in the future.
