摘要 肇庆东站站前综合体交通枢纽及站前广场工程屋面为不规则曲面网壳钢结构,大部分采用焊接的连接方式,具有跨度大、测量精度高和施工中易变形等特点。本文对钢结构施工过程中的重难点进行了分析,并根据重难点安装的施工技术以及安全、质量保证措施进行了详细的阐述。在施工过程中,通过采用支撑胎架、严控施工顺序、满布安全网、精准测量和控制焊接质量等措施,有效保证了钢结构施工过程的进度、安全、质量和成本,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。 The roof of the complex transportation hub and the station square in front of the station of Zhaoqing East Station is an irregular curved shell steel structure. Most of them adopt the welding connection method, which has the characteristics of large span, high measurement precision and easy deformation during construction. In this paper, the key points and difficulties in the construction process of steel structure are analyzed, and the construction technology and safety and quality assurance measures taken in the process are elaborated in detail. In the construction process, the use of supporting the tire frame, strict control of the construction sequence, full safety net, accurate measurement and control of welding quality and other measures are taken to effectively ensure the progress, safety, quality and cost of the steel structure construction process, which achieve good economy and social benefits.
