随着当前我国建筑行业的发展,房建工程的施工质量与使用性能的不断加强,也是城市发展的重要基础。在建筑工程的施工中,由于结构的复杂与使用要求的提高,工程的相关施工技术与工艺也需要不断创新。工程施工技术中的防水防渗技术属于重要的组成部分,影响建筑工程的使用情况与防水效果。因为建筑物与自然环境直接接触,会面临长期的风吹雨淋,所以需要保证防水防渗工程的施工安全。文中主要结合当前房屋建筑工程中出现渗漏问题的具体原因,做出了详细的分析,对防渗漏技术的使用进行了深入研究,以期为建筑工程的施工质量奠定良好的基础。

With the gradual development of the current construction industry in China, the construction quality and performance of housing construction projects continue to strengthen, which is also an important basis for urban development. Due to the complexity of the structure and the improvement of the use requirements in the construction of construction engineering, the related construction technology and process also need constant innovation. Waterproofing and seepage control technology is an important part of engineering construction technology, which affects the use of construction projects and waterproof effect. Due to the direct contact between the building and the natural environment, it will face long-term wind blowing and rain forest, so it is necessary to ensure the construction safety of waterproof and seepage prevention project. This paper mainly combines with the specific causes of the leakage problems in current housing construction projects to make a detailed analysis and in-depth research on the use of anti-leakage technology, hoping to lay a good foundation for the construction quality of the building project.
