摘要
文章以拆除孟津县境内省道S238上跨焦柳铁路为例,根据现场实地考察、桥梁结构分析、专家研讨、综合比选,确定先拆除桥面附属分解每跨梁为个体,然后根据不同的地理位置和作业空间,选择架桥机和吊车等不同方式进行拆除。采用BIM技术建模空间模拟,利用迈达斯软件进行受力分析,综合介绍拆除上跨铁路高危桥梁的施工方法和对铁路既有设备的防护措施,拓展拆除上跨铁路高危桥梁的应用范围,为今后类似工程施工提供良好的借鉴和参考。
Taking the demolition of upper-span Jiao-Liu Railway on Provincial Highway S238 in Mengjin County as an example, according to the field investigation, bridge structure analysis, expert discussion and comprehensive selection, it is determined that each span beam attached to the bridge deck should be demolished as an individual firstly, and then the bridge erector and crane should be demolished in different ways according to the geographic location and operation space. Using BIM modeling space simulation and Midas software stress analysis, this paper comprehensively introduces the construction method of removing high-risk bridges of upper-span railways and protective measures for existing railway equipment, expands the application scope of removing high-risk bridges of upper-span railways, and provides a good reference for similar projects in the future.
