住区开放性对城市环境设计的影响

Impact of Openness of Residential Areas on Urban Environmental Design

笔者通过某地区的具体实例,从住区开放性的研究视角对于该区域的生态规划以及建筑格局的规划作了详细分析,旨在以生态规划为基础,对商业和绿化的手法进行整合运用,继而使建筑区域的功能呈现多样性,通过这种方式的设计改造,可以将住宅小区的功能性进行进一步的拓展,使之不仅能够提供居住功能,还能够拥有交流和共享空间的特性,进而使居民的居住环境和生活水平都得到显著提高。在下文中,笔者将针对此项问题展开详细论述。

In this paper, the author makes a detailed analysis of the ecological planning and architectural planning through specific case of a certain area. The aim is to integrate the application of commercial and greening on the basis of ecological planning, and then to make the functions of the building area diversified. Through the design and transformation of this way, the functionality of the residential community can be further expanded. Thus, it can not only provide residential functions, but also have the characteristics of communication and shared space, significantly improving the living environment and living standards of the residents. In the following, the author will discuss this issue in detail.
