近年来,随着建筑业的快速发展,由塔式起重机引起的起重机械伤害已成为施工现场的六大伤害之一,事故发生率很高。对于塔式起重机设备租赁、安拆企业来说,安全就是经济效益,没有安全就谈不上效益。为确保塔机的安拆装、使用过程得到安全管理,预防塔机安全事故的发生,本人就施工现场塔机的安拆装、使用、租赁管理等几个方面进行分析,并提出几条管理建议,通过建立健全塔式起重机的管理制度,加强对安拆、使用各环节的控制,以达到预防控制塔机安全事故的目的。

In recent years, with the rapid development of the construction industry, crane injury caused by tower crane has become one of the six major injuries in the construction site, and the accident rate is very high. For tower crane equipment leasing, installation and disassembly enterprises, safety is the economic benefit. Without safety, there is no benefit at all. In order to ensure the safety management of installation, disassembly and use of tower cranes and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents of tower cranes, the author analyses the installation, disassembly, use and lease management of tower cranes on construction site, and puts forward several management suggestions. Establish and improve the management system of tower cranes, strengthen the control of each link of installation, disassembly and use, so as to achieve the goal of preventing and controlling the safety accidents of tower cranes.
