针灸对智力低下儿童的血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的影响

Effect of acupuncture on serum neuron-specific enolase in mentally retarded children

目的:观察针灸对智力低下患儿的血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶影响。方法:选取2017年2月~2018年1月本院儿童康复科收治住院的诊断为智力低下患儿共48例,随机分为观察组25例和对照组23例。观察组采取针灸加康复治疗,对照组采取康复治疗,观察治疗前后两组患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶的含量差异及疗效。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿NSE含量、DQ评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组NSE含量、DQ评分均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸更有效减低智力低下儿童的血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量。

Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture on serum neuron-specific enolase in children with mental retardation. Methods:From February2017 to January 2018, a total of 48 children with mental retardation were admitted to the hospital in our hospital from February 2017 to January2018, and were randomly divided into 25 cases in the observation group and 23 cases in the control group.The observation group received acupuncture plus rehabilitation treatment, the control group received rehabilitation treatment, the two groups of children before and after treatment of serum neuron specific enolase content difference and curative effect.Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the NSE content and DQ score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the NSE content and DQ score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture is more effective in reducing the content of serum neuron-specific enolase in children with mental retardation.
