维生素B6联合别嘌呤醇对老年高尿酸血症的治疗效果 被引量:2

Therapeutic Effects of Vitamin B6 Combined with Allopurinol in Older Patients with Hyperuricemia

摘要 目的探讨维生素B6联合别嘌呤醇治疗老年高尿酸血症(HUA)的效果。方法选取86例山东大学附属济南市中心医院2016年8月~2017年1月收治的HUA患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,对照组41例,给予别嘌呤醇;观察组45例,给予别嘌呤醇及维生素B6。比较两组治疗前、治疗后3个月和6个月血清尿酸(UA)、血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、同型半胱氨酸(Hey)及一氧化氮(NO)水平,计算并比较UA达标率。结果治疗后3个月和6个月,观察组血清UA、ET-1、Hey水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),NO水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),UA达标率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维生素B6协同别嘌呤醇有效降低老年HUA患者血清UA水平,可能与血清ET-1及Hey水平降低、NO水平升高有关,可有效控制病情。 Objective To explore the effects of vitamin B6 combined with allopurinol in older patients with hyperuricemia. Methods 86 older patients with hyperuricemia between August 2016 and January 2017 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. 41 cases in the control group were treated with allopurinol. 45 cases in the observation group were treated with vitamin B6 and allopurinol. The serum levels of uric acid ( UA), endothelin - 1 ( ET - 1 ), homocysteine (Hcy) and nitric oxide ( NO) were measured before treatment, 3 months and 6 months after treatment in the two groups. Results 3 months and 6 months after treatment, the serum levels of UA, ET - 1 and Hey were lower ( P < 0. 05 ) and the level of NO was higher ( P<0. 05 ) in the observation group than those in the control group. The percentage of patients with normal level of serum UA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Vitamin B6 combined with allopurinol may reduce the serum level of UA in older patients with hyperuricemia, which may be related to decreased serum levels of ET -1 , UA, Hey and increased serum level of NO.
