摘要
依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》及数学模型,解析了测定榆林低变质煤挥发分产率不确定度主要来源,并对每个不确定分量进行评定。结果表明:榆林低变质煤挥发分产率标准不确定度为0.80%,扩展不确定度为1.6%。称量干燥后榆林低变质煤失重m3引入的不确定度(u(m3)=0.000 589 g)偏大是造成最终结果不确定度偏大的主要原因,其中检查性干燥引入的不确定度u2(m3)分量贡献最大(u2(m3)=0.000 577 g),因此可进行多次干燥达到质量恒定以减小结果误差。
Based on the standard JJF1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement" and mathematical model, the main sources of uncertainty in volatile component determination of Yulin low metamorphic coal were analyzed, and each uncertainty component was evaluated. The result showed that the standard uncertainty of volatile component determination of Yulin low metamorphic coal was 0.80 % and expanded uncertainty was 1.6 %. The uncertainty of weightlessness(m3) of Yulin low metamorphic coal after drying was the main reason for larger uncertainty of final results(u(m3)=0.000 589 g). Among them, the uncertainty component of checking drying u2(m3) contributed most(u2(m3)=0.000 577 g), so multiple drying should be carried out to reduce the result error.
