在海洋石油工业领域,很多大型设备都是通过可编程控制器PLC(ProgrammableLogic Controller)来实现运行的,因其具有过程控制、数据处理、体积精巧、编程简洁等特点在工业领域被广泛应用。本文简单介绍PLC的特性,重点介绍了试压撬的功能和结构设计、PLC试压撬控制方法。

In the offshore oil industry, many large-scale equipments are controlled by Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), so it is widely used in the industrial field due to its various advantages. In this article, the characteristics of PLC were briefly introduced,and the function, structure design and control method of skidded equipment for pressure test based on PLC were discussed.
