摘要
空分装置是化工生产中的主要设备,因其独特的危险特点极易引发各类生产安全事故。HAZOP是一种典型的系统安全分析方法,尤其适用于化工工艺危险性分析过程中。本文采用HAZOP对空分装置中的空气压缩系统进行系统分析研究,辨识出其可能发生的故障、引发原因、可能导致的事故后果并提出了相应的安全对策措施及优化建议。
Air separation unit is a main equipment in chemical production. Because of its unique dangerous characteristics, the air separation unit can easily cause all kinds of production safety accidents.HAZOP is a typical system safety analysis method, which is especially suitable for the hazard analysis of chemical process. In this paper, systematic analysis and research on the air compression system in the air separation unit were carried out with HAZOP, and then possible faults were identified as well as causes and possible accident consequences. At last, corresponding safety countermeasures and optimization suggestions were put forward.
