ATP干馏炉燃烧区流场分析及结构改进的研究

摘要 2016年以来,页岩炼油厂ATP干馏炉小颗粒页岩炼油装置逐步提高处理量,在此过程中,出现干馏炉内燃烧区气流场分布不均,温度场分布达不到设计要求的问题。为解决此问题,引入了炉内建模气体流场模拟软件进行模拟,通过模拟得到解决方案。 Since 2016, the processing capacity of shale oil plant ATP device was gradually increased. In this process, the distribution of the airflow field in the combustion zone was not uniform and the temperature field distribution did not meet the design requirements.In order to solve this problem, the gas flow field in the furnace was simulated by simulation software, and the solution was put forward.
