正清风痛宁定点注射联合针刀治疗神经根性颈椎病的疗效

Efficacy of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection combined with acupotomy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的观察正清风痛宁定点注射联合针刀治疗神经根性颈椎病的疗效。方法神经根性颈椎病患者68例随机分为两组,每组34例。C组单纯用针刀治疗;A组加用正清风痛宁定点注射。评估治疗前后的VAS疼痛评分、临床症状评分和颈部残障指数(NDI)评分。比较两组临床疗效。结果 A组的临床总有效率为94.12%,高于C组的76.47%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS疼痛评分、临床症状评分和NDI评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。治疗后,A组的VAS疼痛评分[(1.5±0.4)分vs.(3.0±0.6)分]、临床症状评分[(17.3±3.8)分vs.(12.0±5.1)分]和NDI评分[(11.7±3.6)分vs.(16.9±4.9)分]均优于C组(P<0.05)。结论正清风痛宁定点注射联合针刀治疗神经根性颈椎病的疗效优于单用针刀治疗。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection combined with acupotomy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Sixty-eight patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly assigned into two groups with 34 cases each.The patients in group A were treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning 25 mg plus lidocaine 10 mg injection at a fixed point around the nerve root combined with acupotomy.The patients in group C were treated with acupotomy alone.VAS pain score,clinical symptom score and neck disability index(NDI) score were evaluated and clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results The overall effectiveness rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group C(94.12% vs.76.47%)(P<0.05).Compared to before,the VAS pain score,clinical symptom score and NDI score were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),which after treatment were better in group A than those in group C [(1.5±0.4) points vs.(3.0±0.6) points,(17.3±3.8) points vs.(12.0±5.1) points and(11.7±3.6) points vs.(16.9±4.9) points](P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical efficacy of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection combined with acupotomy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is better than that of acupotomy.
