摘要
目的评价小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒对小鼠发热模型、疼痛模型及炎症模型的解热、镇痛及抗炎效果,探讨其与用药剂量的相关性。方法建立酵母菌致大鼠发热模型、冰醋酸致小鼠扭体模型、组胺增加小鼠皮肤通透性模型及二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,以酵母菌致热大鼠体温变化情况、小鼠扭体次数、小鼠背部蓝染面积及小鼠耳片肿胀程度评价小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒的治疗效果。结果应用高剂量的小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒后,大鼠的体温差异与阴性对照组在4 h、5 h、6 h、7 h及8 h时有统计学意义(P <0.01);阳性对照(P2)组[(12.1±1.7)次]、低剂量(L2)组[(24.3±1.2)次]、中剂量(M2)组[(13.0±1.5)次]、高剂量(H2)组[(10.8±2.2)次]小鼠的扭体次数均明显低于阴性对照(C2)组[(36.0±4.3)次];阴性对照(C3)组小鼠背部蓝斑面积为[(8.21±0.54)cm^2],明显高于中剂量(M3)组[(5.60±0.52)cm^2]、高剂量(H3)组[(3.84±0.58)cm^2];阴性对照(C4)组小鼠耳片的肿胀程度[(93.64±8.41)%]明显高于中剂量给药(M4)组[(43.35±7.53)%]和高剂量给药(H4)组[(25.28±5.59)%]小鼠耳片的肿胀程度;而且以上差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.01)。结论小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒对小鼠发热模型、疼痛模型及炎症模型均有较好的解热、镇痛及抗炎效果,且呈现出明显的剂量相关性。
Objective To evaluate the antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of pediatric aminophenol Huangnamin granules on mouse fever model, pain model and inflammatory model, and to explore its correlation with dosage. Methods A rat model of fever induced by yeast, a writhing model induced by glacial acetic acid, a model of skin permeability of histamine, a model of ear swelling induced by xylene, and changes in body temperature of rats induced by yeast were established. The therapeutic effect of pediatric aminophenol huangnamin granules was evaluated by the number of writhing in mice, the area of blue staining on the back of mice, and the swelling degree of the mouse ears. Results The negative control group only had a statistically significant difference in body temperature between the rats in the fever model group at 4 h and 6 h after application of pediatric aminophenol Huangnamin granules(P<0.05). In addition, the number of writhing in P2 group [(12.1±1.7)times], L2 group [(24.3±1.2)times], M2 group [(13.0±1.5)times], and H2 group[(10.8±2.2)times] was lower than that of the negative control group(36.0±4.3). The area of the blue spot on the back of the negative control group(C3 group) was(8.21±0.54)cm^2, which was obviously higher than that of M3 group(5.60±0.52) cm^2, H3 group(3.84±0.58)cm^2, and P3 group(6.05±0.41)cm^2. The degree of swelling of the ears of the negative control group [(93.64±8.41)%] was higher than that of the medium dose group [(43.35±7.53)%] and the high dose group [(25.28±5.59)%]. And all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the effect were dosedependent(P<0.05). Conclusion Pediatric aminophenol Huangnamin granules have good antipyretic, analgesic and antiinflammatory effects on mouse fever model, pain model and inflammation model, and show obvious dose correlation.
