学龄前儿童身体活动中加速度计的应用进展

Research progress of popular accelerometers and their application in physical activities in preschool children

身体活动对学龄前儿童的身心健康有积极的促进作用。对儿童身体活动进行准确的测量至关重要。目前加速度计正在成为一种可客观测量身体活动的常用工具,并逐渐应用于学龄前儿童身体活动的相关研究领域,其包括加速度计用于学龄前儿童身体活动测量的方法学相关研究(如身体活动强度分界值、基于加速度计的身体活动能量消耗预测模型等),加速度计与其他传统测量身体活动的方法比较的研究等。随着近年国际上学龄前儿童身体活动指南的颁布,利用加速度计进行儿童身体活动指南达标情况的监测研究也正开始涌现,并可从中了解影响儿童身体活动的影响因素。该文通过比较最为常用的三种用于学龄前儿童身体活动测量的加速度计的参数、功能特点和评估指标等,系统地介绍其应用研究进展,旨在为儿童身体活动领域的相关研究者提供一定的方法学上的参考。

Physical activity plays an essential role in promoting physical and mental health of preschool children. It is essential to measure physical activity accurately. At present, accelerometer is becoming a popular tool to objectively measure physical activity, and gradually applied to the research field of physical activity in preschool children. These studies include methodological studies related to accelerometers used for measuring physical activity in preschool children(such as the cut-points of physical activity intensity, prediction model of energy expenditure in physical activity based on accelerometers), methodological comparison between accelerometer and other traditional methods of measuring physical activity, etc. In recent years, with the publication of physical activity guidelines for preschool children in different countries, monitoring research on the compliance of the guidelines using accelerometer has emerged, and we can analyze the influencing factors of children’s physical activity from researches. By comparing the parameters, functional characteristics and evaluation indicators of three kinds of accelerometers which are most commonly used to measure physical activity in preschool children, this paper systematically introduced the progress of their application researches so as to provide some methodological references for the relevant researchers in the field of physical activity in children.
